BT drop net prices and offer free support

Two important announcements from BT Broadband today:

Firstly, they're dropping their prices - Option 1 drops from £17.99 to £15.99 (discounted to £7.95 for the first 3 months). Option 2 also drops by £2 a month.

Secondly, from today, BT Total Broadband tech support is free - they're replacing their 0845 helpdesk number with an 0800 number for Internet support.

They're still offering the free BT Vision digital TV recorder, and you can get a BT Home Hub if you order online.
