The popular BBC iPlayer on-demand TV service is coming to the Nintendo Wii on the 18th of November.

You’ll be able to download BBC iPlayer as a dedicated channel, available from the Nintendo shop. The channel will be free.

It’s been possible to watch the on-demand content via the Opera web browser, but the quality wasn’t great. The new dedicated iPlayer channel should offer a higher-quality viewing experience, and adds to the ways that you can watch BBC’s on demand content. More on BBC iPlayer
