From Sunday March the 1st 2009, Sky’s free 2 meg broadband service will only be free if you take out the Sky Talk home phone service. If you don’t take out Sky Talk, Sky Broadband will cost an extra £5 a month.
The good news is that there’s a free Talk package, Sky Talk Freetime, which offers free evening and weekend calls. With Sky Talk, you can keep your phone number and BT line.
