A software upgrade for the excellent o2 XDA Orbit GPS phone has today become available – This upgrades the operating system on the phone to Microsoft’s latest mobile OS – Windows Mobile 6.0

To get the free upgrade, go to http://www.my-xda.com/software_updates.jsp. You’ll need your device serial number that’s hidden below the Orbit’s battery. Make sure you back up all of your phone data first!

    Hi,
I am using VISTA OS with Mobile Device Centre (I don’t believe Active Sync works with Vista).
Has anyone got any idea if the upgrade will work using Mobile device centre?
    Cheers, Mark
