o2 XDA Orbit GPS Mobile Reviewed

We’ve now added a review of the impressive new o2 XDA Orbit mobile phone.

This is powered by the latest version of Windows Mobile software, so has all the features you’d expect from a smartphone (Bluetooth, wi-fi, media player, email, web browser, PC sync, etc), but it has an extra feature… GPS

This phone has a built-in GPS receiver, so can be used as an in-car or walking satellite navigation system, without the need for wires or seperate Bluetooth hardware. Check out our review of this phone, for some screenshots, and more details.

The XDA Orbit is available free on some tariffs, with free SatNav software direct from O2′s online store. The phone is manufactured by HTC and there’s a branded version of this available from T-Mobile, known as the MDA Compact III.
