PID for tungsten e

Help!   I have been loading books on my tungsten e .. recently many downloads are not accessible due to incorrect PID.. Apparently I need to unregister my device PIDs  (4 of them).., then  reregister the PDA I'm using  the tungsten e.. How do I find the PID?  The book sellers instructions for the tungsten e didn't help...
Screens are not the same on the pda
