I live in the USA. I was wondering if there is a way to email, directly, a text message to a cellphone number in the UK. In the USA, I can simply email a friend by addressing the message to thecellnumber@some.domain.name.com  ...

the domain name is whatever the service provider (say verizon, t-mobile, etc) set it to be. (e.g verizon is vtext.com)

So, is it possible? Is there a list of the domains I'd need to email friends on the different available networks in the UK?
